Do you buy books while on vacation/holiday? Since I am frugal about my books (I buy cheap, go to the library or swap) unless I have run out of reading material while on vacation I don't usually purchase books. I do, however, purchase magazines that I don't normally read while on vacation.
Do you have favorite bookstores that you only get to visit while away on a trip? Yes.
What/Where are they? When I go to visit my best bud Wendy in Tucson, AZ we always go to Bookman's. It is a huge, used bookstore that is set up like a regular bookstore. They sell magazines, books, CD's and DVD's for half of the price on the item. You can take your used media there and get credits. I wish we had a Bookman's in SW Florida.

I wish we had a Bookman's here, too. It sounds like a wonderful place to visit... and stay. :-D
And, I wish we had a Bookman's in South Florida! Half price!
Bookman's sounds really good. I don't think we have naything like that in the UK - could be wrong though.
I would love to find a used bookstore that's set up like a regular one...that would make it so much easier to find what I'm looking for...though it is fun to dig through things and find those unexpected treasures.
I do usually get a magazine if I am going on a plane but I don't usually get books.
