1. How much exercise do you get in an average week? I try to go to Curves at least three times a week.
2. Do you make an effort to fit exercise into your daily schedule? Fortunately the Curves is less than a mile from my house so it's not hard to get there.
3. Is there any part of your body that you feel could use a little extra work? Most of it!
4. What time of day do you prefer to work out? After lunch but before 3 p.m.
5. What kind of music or what song gets you pumped to work out? Whatever is playing at Curves.
