My mom was visiting last week and I did not cook everything I had planned so this week is going to be stuff from last week. I am going to be out of town this week from Wednesday thru Sunday so this is a short week for me.Monday - Mom's BBQ Sloppy Joes, Macaroni & Cheese
Tuesday - Egg Salad Sandwiches, chips
