Sunday Scrappin' #44 September 7, 2008
I wasn't as productive this week as I have been the past few weeks. The first two layouts I completed are when the local TV crew came out and interviewed Dave about a kid's soda he was distributing at the time. I really like the way these turned out.
The second pair of layouts are cut and paste. These are layouts that have been done for ages except for the pictures. So, I just attached the pictures and I'm done.
This last layout is from my Sketch 102 class. I took the Sketch 101 class but like the second class so much more! I am working on another layout from this class and will have it for next week.
I also made 6 Halloween cards. They are made with all Close to My Heart products.
I was looking over my to-do's from last week. I got my boxes out of the van and taken upstairs. We decided to purchase more cabinets from Lowe's and Dave is putting them together today. I should have plenty of storage once they are all installed. I am a little behind on my classes but plan to catch up on them early this week. I also received my order from JoAnne's for an album and page protectors so I put my completed 2003 pages in the albums and on the bookcase. Yahoo!
My to-do's for this week include:
- Catching up on my classes.
- Continue organizing and getting boxes emptied.
- Continue working on 2005 pictures.
- Get pictures for both 2003 and 2005 title pages and finish them.
The challenge last week was to use an embellishment that was unopened. I used a couple - the squares on the Chubby Soda layout and the diecuts on the Arizona page were both unopened.
This weeks challenge is to use something from the kitchen. I would love to do something with foil so may try that.

I love all your work this week, Christine, but the "best friends" layout I particularly like...it looks like it should be framed and put on the wall! Have a great week!

Great pages and cards! Chubby soda, how cute is that?! Love your Arizona page. I have to get cabinets for my scrap room, my room is slowly getting there. Can't wait to see what you do with Tin foil. Have a crafty week!
Your pages are beautiful! Mind if I borrow your Arizona layout? Im stumped for ideas for our Arizona book. I didn't have a chance to scrap this week, but I still enjoy visiting everyone. Have fun with your goals this week.
That Arizona page is so cool! Makes me want to take a trip just so I can scrap about it!
You were very productive this week Christine, well done.
I love the Arizona page, I have always wanted to visit Arizona.
Well done on getting your album organised.
