A couple of weeks ago I read a post from Rebecca about freezer cooking. I know freezer cooking is not new but how cool would it be to have a month's worth of meals in the freezer waiting. From what I have learned lots of people use freezer cooking exclusively. I thought freezer cooking would be in addition to regular cooking as Rebecca posted here. There are nights when I have plenty of time to cook or even a desire to cook. I don't think I would want to have a frozen meal every night. I didn't go gang busters and start right off with big plans for freezer cooking but Saturday after grinding up the leftover ham from Easter I knew I have enough ground ham to make more than one ham loaf. So, after my mini marathon cooking event yesterday, we enjoying ham loaf for dinner and I have three more in the freezer. I think I am going to go through my regular recipes and see if anything would work to freeze.

Hello! The closest I come to freezer cooking is my mom, sisters, and I having our annual "Soup Swap," which is a twist on a cookie swap. I love it, because I bring home four different kinds of soup to get us through the long, cold Wisconsin winters.
Oh, yeah; forgot to say I'm visiting from the UBP!
